5. High Fat Smoothie
If you have a blender then whipping up a smoothie for a snack is easy and delicious. Grab ½ cup of berries, a spoonful of nut butter, a handful of seeds, and some full-fat plain yogurt and blend together until smooth. You can add some water to thin it.
