½ C cocoa powder
½ tsp instant coffee powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ C almond flour
1 tsp macadamia butter
¼ C coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ C xylitol , or more if you prefer super sweet brownies
Preheat your oven to 160C.
Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or large food processor and process until combined. I sommer used a whisk… Didn’t want to make noise…
Spoon the mixture into the baking dish and smooth out with rubber spatula.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is set. A toothpick should come out clean.
Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool before serving (10-15 minutes)
Cut into squares. I cut mine into 12 squares. Or rectangles. Some were squares, some were rectangles.
