Battle Brew Coffee Recipe

BATTLE BREW troops start day long before breakfast with a hot mug of BATTLE BREW MCT Coffee.

To make your own delicious Cup of battle Brew coffee will need:


High Quality Coffee or if you don’t like coffee you can also use Tea (we recommend choosing a tea that would go well with milk)

Unsalted Butter, preferably grass-fed butter or Ghee (The butter and Ghee are optional if you are concerned about too high fat!)

A powerful Jug or Hand Blender.

Step 1

Make a strong cup of coffee or tea. We recommend about 400ml and make it a little stronger than normal. Our Mess Hall uses the AeroPress to make coffee but any method that works for you will do.

Step 2

Add up to 2 tablespoons of BATTLE BREW M-C-T oil to the coffee. Remember and we will keep stressing this, you will want to start out with about 1/2 tablespoon of oil and slowly work your way up to 1 tablespoon over the course of a week or so and then up to 2 tablespoons.

Step 3

Add 1-2 tablespoons of the grass-fed unsalted butter or Ghee.

Step 4

Blend thoroughly till the butter/Ghee, coffee and oil is totally emulsified.

Step 5

Drink while hot and enjoy and up front energy boost that will propel you into action and a follow through that will set you about for energy levels that will be stable all day (unless you eat High GI Carbs).

It is worth remembering that 1 cup of BATTLE BREW MCT coffee provides as much, if not more energy, than a lot of breakfasts and it is ideally a meal replacement. If you get hungry during the morning have a second cup of BATTLE BREW Coffee or Tea and then eat a normal lunch.
