- 4 crazy ripe roma tomatoes (sliced into 2 cm slices)
- 2 balls buffalo mozzarella ( sliced into 2 cm slices)
- 1 handful basil leaves
- 4 tbsp basic vinaigrette or Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper
On a large serving platter, arrange the tomato, mozzarella and basil leaves by alternating and overlapping them
Season with salt and pepper, splash it with the vinaigrette and serve.
