For our banting community we have a chocolate mousse recipe which is totally divine and can be served as a dessert when having guests or as a spoil. 

 Give it a bash and see whether your guests even taste the avocado!

Also remember to use unsweetened products.

Ingredients:

1 Large Ripe Avocado
¼ cup raw cocoa powder 
¼ cup coconut milk or coconut cream
2tsp stevia or other natural sweetener
1tsp vanilla extract

Directions for the Chocolate mousse:

Puree the avocado until smooth
Mix together the cocoa powder and milk or cream until combined and add to the avocado
Stir in the stevia, vanilla extract
Transfer mousse to individual bowls or glasses and refrigerate until ready to eat
Top with crushed macadamia nut just before serving
