Mince Curry

This curry mince dish can be served with cauli-rice and/ or vegetables.

  • Fry the mince and onion together until almost cooked through and the onion is translucent.
  • Add in the spices, crushed garlic, chopped chilli and tomato paste and stir to mix.
  • Pour in the beef stock and lower the heat to simmer for about 20 minutes, reducing the liquid until it is just about all gone.
  • Once cooked, add the yoghurt and mix in well just before serving.

600g Beef Mince

1 Onion

1 Clove Garlic

1 Fresh Chilli

2 Tbl sp Tomato Paste1

tspTurmeric

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1/4 tsp Crushed Dry Chilli

1 tsp Masala

300ml Beef Stock

To taste Salt & Pepper

As needed Plain Yoghurt
