Slender Challenge Competition

Skin and Body Renewal takes pleasure in announcing the launch of Slender Challenge II. After the overwhelming success of the first Slender Challenge contest, during which 25 lucky participants took part in the contest and lost an amazing 424kg over the 12 weeks of the competition, entries have now opened for Slender Challenge II.

The inaugural Slender Challenge which commenced in July 2010; pitted 30 contestants against each other in three weight loss categories.

Slender Challenge 2 entries are now open!

The biggest ‘loser’ of Skin & Body Renewal’s national weight loss competition, Slender Challenge I, was Martin Botha from Rustenburg who shed an impressive 40 kilos in just 12 weeks.

20 Finalists will be chosen in Gauteng and the Western Cape- to participate in the 12 week program; each programme is valued at R11 500. Latest research into weight loss has revealed that a low daily injected dose of a hormone called hCG (human chorionic gonadotrophin), combined with a customised ultra-low calorie (500 – 600) diet, will result in the loss of abnormal, unhealthy fat, leaving the essential fat intact. If the prescribed weight loss program is strictly adhered to, about 350 grams of fat can be lost each day which translates into 10 – 12 kilograms a month.

Each weight category’s winner will receive a 3-D Body Renewal Package valued at R25 000 which is designed to reduce more centimetres and sculpt the body. Finalists will be required to blog their experience on a daily basis and online spot prizes, valued at R25 000, will be awarded to the blog followers throughout the competition.

Entries close on Friday the 27rd of January 2012. Finalists will be announced on Tuesday the 31st of January 2012. All finalists will be required to attend the information and weigh in session on Saturday the 11th of February 2012 (compulsory). The competition commences on the 13th of February and culminates on the 7th of May 2012 (12 weeks).
