The Chi Machine

The Chi Machine is a health device which moves the entire body in a ‘fish-like’ motion. This easy-to-use machine is light and portable, enabling you to take it with you when travelling so that you never have to miss out!

It is a passive exerciser, therefore improving lymph drainage and ensuring that all toxins are removed from the cells. Studies have shown that The Chi Machine significantly reduces lymphedema. Diabetics suffering from poor circulation will greatly benefit from The Chi Machine.

The Chi Machine oxygenates the entire body at a cellular level.15 minutes on the Chi Machine is equivalent to a 90 minute brisk walk, in terms of oxygenation. Bacteria, viruses and parasites are destroyed in the presence of oxygen. It has been scientifically proven that cancer cannot tolerate high oxygen levels because cancer cells are anaerobic (flourish without oxygen).

Chi Machine

The Chi Machine moves the spine in a ‘fish-like’ motion which releases muscle tension around the spine, therefore relieving the pressure on the inter-vertebral discs. This may help to reduce pain while improving energy and range of motion.

The spinal cord encases the spine, so if the spine is misaligned this may impact the nerves in the spinal cord. It may cause a compression of these nerves and lead to pain, migraines, inflammation of the shoulder, spurs and joint pain. The Chi Machine works to align the spine, therefore reducing these symptoms.

The Chi Machine assists in opening the bronchioles to provide a better oxygen supply to the lungs.  It also improves blood flow to and from the lungs, therefore providing benefit for those with asthma and other respiratory conditions.

The Chi Machine helps to balance the left and right brain and the figure eight movement stimulates the body’s autonomic nervous system. For this reason it has been used with success on ADHD children or children with learning problems.

The Chi Machine is useful for those who are elderly or have physical limitations, as it is low impact and provides an aerobic exercise with no risk of injury. It can also be used by those who are bed bound as it can be set up on a table at the end of a firm mattress.

The Chi Machine may be helpful for those suffering from:

poor posture

sciatica

muscle pain and tension

slipped disks

painful neck and/or poor range of motion

lack of exercise and bad circulation

poor digestion

constipation

arthritis, back pain, bone spurs

asthma and tracheal inflammation

inability to lose weight

The Chi Machine can also be used by those who are well and want to maintain or improve their health or physical performance. Athletes will experience better flexibility and reduced chance of injury. It will allow athletes to prevent and relieve the painful lactic acid build up that is associated with exercise.
