Feel like the odd burger? Now that we have opted to no longer visit the local drive through, there is that odd occasion a burger would be nice, even a healthier option for the kids.

Instructions
3/4 cup almond flour
1Tablespoon flaxseeds
1 Tablespoon Sunflower seeds
2 Tablespoons psyllium husks
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon pink salt
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
Oven temp: 180c
Mix together in a bowl, almond flour, seeds, psyllium husks, salt and baking powder.
Mix together eggs, olive oil and sour cream. Mix into dry ingredients.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
Cut dough into 4 pieces, shape into balls. Place into baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
