This curry mince dish can be served with cauli-rice and/ or vegetables.
- Fry the mince and onion together until almost cooked through and the onion is translucent.
- Add in the spices, crushed garlic, chopped chilli and tomato paste and stir to mix.
- Pour in the beef stock and lower the heat to simmer for about 20 minutes, reducing the liquid until it is just about all gone.
- Once cooked, add the yoghurt and mix in well just before serving.
