• Balances the pH level
  Himalayan Crystal Salt helps to balance the body’s pH level through its alkalinising effect. Maintaining a neutral or slightly alkaline pH level is important to maintain the healthy functioning of the internal organs, systems and processes. Using Himalayan Crystal Salt is one way of assisting the body to maintain a neutral pH level. We tend to be most acidic in the morning when we wake up from a night’s sleep, so taking a few teaspoons of the Sole solution first thing in the morning is a great way to alkalinise and help kick start the body at the start of the day.
